Sydney, Australia Speakeasy Group - Eau-de-Vie Full time

Eau-de-Vie is looking for an experienced **Bar Supervisor** that understands high-end customer service and loves to execute it with a flair of personality at our new Wynyard location.

We’re after someone with a passion for cocktails, whisky, drink-crafting and a tuned attention to detail for consistency and presentation.

In the role you’ll be deeply involved in cocktail menu development, team training and maintaining the highest standards of cocktail service that Eau De Vie is world renowned for. We're currently stocking just over 500 whiskies and list 40 house cocktails on our list.

You’ll be working in a bar that operates dispense as well as providing bar service for those sat at the bar which gives you the best of both worlds: banging out satisfying round builds while entertaining the lovely folks sat at the bar.

As a team leader you will communicate and engage with staff at all levels effectively, professionally and within the spirit of the team dynamic.

We hold weekly in-venue trainings & tastings and you will have access to the Ananas Academy training platform which is packed with hundreds of hours of learning material, so there is ample opportunity for learning and growth, which we encourage and aim to stimulate within the team at every opportunity.

We offer flexibility in the work schedule with the option for a 4 day week.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $64,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift

- Rotating roster
