We are a classic cocktail bar with old world charm. Tucked away in one of Sydney's heritage buildings we focus on serving up great drinks and plenty of good times. A place to make memories, catch up with friends and keep the stories flowing.
With dim lit corners and a moody atmosphere Bar 1880 gives a nod to the Bulletin Newspaper. A publication that was once printed within the venue.

**About the Role**
As Bar Supervisor you will be working closely with your manager to maintain standards, ensure smooth daily operations, and lead our bar team in service. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.
We will also provide a progression plan to assist continuing your growth within Bar 1880 and future venues. Management roles will also be available.

**What you will be doing**:

- Leading daily operations in the venue
- Keeping venue standards
- Monitoring trends and assisting with venue direction
- Driving new menu's and special offerings
- A positive team leader

**What we are looking for**:

- Passionate about hospitality, leading a team with personal drive to progress further in hospitality
- Self driven and can think on your feet in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and approachable

Salary, $55,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)
