**Position Summary**:

- Supervise bar service period, tending to the bar and delivering a mind-blowing service to guests to exceed their expectations
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
- Be a thoughtful and dynamic supervisor by providing motivation and support to the team
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel connected and immersed within the Pier One culture
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Showcase your curious, outgoing and warm personality throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings
