***YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

The key purpose of this position is to support the programs and initiatives within the corporate health and safety function. Your responsibilities will involve provide guidance and technical advice in relation to workplace health and safety management, including the evaluation and reporting on health and safety performance for the business.

This is an exciting time to join a collaborative team that is passionate about Health, Safety, Environment and Community, where your efforts will be valued. Working from our South Perth office, you will be working with our highly experienced and supportive Health & Safety team.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE**

Along with your leadership capabilities, energetic nature and collaborative attitude, you will also have the following:

- Significant experience in a similar role within health and safety in the mining or construction industry;
- Tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety;
- A strong understanding of Critical Risk Management;
- Knowledge in Visual Safety Leadership and conducting Incident Investigation;
- Sound knowledge of the WHS (mines) legislation;
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
- Valid ‘C’ class manual drivers licence; and
- National Police Clearance obtained within the last two months.
