We are seeking an experienced Safety & Health Advisor for an immediate start in the Pilbara region.

The role will be offered on a 3/1 FIFO roster from Perth only.

The main responsibility of the role will be:

- Implementation and auditing of the HSE Management System and maintaining site specific HSE Plan.
- Undertaking and Assisting with Incident investigations and preparation of safety reports.
- Manage and maintain HSE registers and compiling weekly/monthly HSE reports.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Discussing, monitoring and assisting the staff in the safe delivery of on-site activities.
- Provision of sound technical HSEQ advice to site teams.
- Development and delivery of Safety and Toolbox Meetings.
- Assisting, implementing and monitoring return to work programs.
- Focus on continuous improvement and the implementation of initiatives to effectively manage HSE risk.
- Relevant WHS qualifications (Certificate IV or higher).
- Knowledge of relevant State WHS and environment law and ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 Standards.
- Strong ability to lead and manage change and ability to influence managers and other stakeholders.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- C Class Driver’s License.
- White Card
- Current 1st Aid Certificate
- Police Clearance
