**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join the innovative team at Mindful - Centre for Training and Research in Developmental Health, Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne. As the Lecturer, Workforce Development and Training, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental health training in Victoria. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a capability framework and deliver evidence-informed training programs for infant, child, youth, and family mental health and wellbeing services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to the development and evaluation of Mindful's WDT programs through literature reviews, cross-sector training, and stakeholder consultation.
- Support development and implementation of an evaluation program for the WDT training program that incorporates feedback from participants, services, and lived experience workforce.
- Assist with the development of a Workforce Capability Framework in Infant, Child, Youth and Family Wellbeing and Mental Health Services (0-25 year olds)

**Who We Are Looking For**
You are a collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team. You are motivated by the opportunity to shape mental health training, enhance services, and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.

You will also have:

- Hold a postgraduate research qualification (or working towards this) in a mental health-related field with commensurate research skills.
- Registration as a health professional with AHPRA or other registration body (or eligibility for registration)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (internal and external)

- This position requires the incumbent to hold a current and _valid Working with Children Check_ to ensure the University provides a safe environment for everyone._
