**Introduction**:
You will thrive in this dynamic and varied environment where you will be able to learn and develop across the Transactional Finance function. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that provides financial and accounting services, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, refunds and payouts.

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for accounts payable functions including paying invoices, entering manual payments, and processing refunds
Responsible for accounts receivable functions ensuring money owed to the company is received and transactions are recorded in a timely manner
Reconciling customer contracts and bond management when assets are returned or paid out
Asset management including reconciling asset General Ledger Codes
Interacting with stakeholders including the finance team, internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

Qualification in finance or administration would be highly regarded
Solid experience in accounting support role responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and assets.
Sound analytical, problem solving and reconciliation skills
Solid interpersonal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail and time management skills
Solid level of computer literacy particularly with computerised accounting packages and MS Excel
