In this role, you’ll be managing a portfolio of entities in arrears that have been referred to Silver Chef’s collection department. You’ll be pivotal in liaising with our customers and Collections Partners to ensure the best possible outcome for both SilverChef and our customers. We are committed to supporting the bounce back of the hospitality industry and we need your help.

**The person we are looking for can**:

- Reduce the overall arrears position of the Customers that have been assigned to you
- Ensure that Silver Chef’s Collection Partners are performing to expectation and that they are taking timely and effective action on accounts assigned to them.
- Take accountability for ensuring that the Collection’s Debt Life Cycle is adhered to and that appropriate action has been, and is being, taken on accounts at the predefined point in time.

Key Qualities
- Minimum 3 years collections experience, preferably in commercial collections.
- Knowledge of the National Debt Collection guidelines and legislation.
- Experience in legal enforcement and legislation will be advantageous.
