**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and proactive Project Support Officer to join our team, supporting Project Engineers and Project Managers in the commercial and administrative management of significant contracts and tenders. This role promises a stimulating, varied, and gratifying experience for a highly skilled and organised professional. Located in Eagle Farm, Queensland, you will collaborate with project teams and clients across Australia, contributing to our collective success.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Collation of project documentation and work packs
- Planning and scheduling of projects and service teams
- Preparation and issue of external correspondence relating to contracts and variations
- Improving contract communications including distribution, follow up actions, and process improvement
- Contract invoicing, forecasting and milestone billing
- Coordination of subcontractor inductions and schedules

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

A dynamic and proactive individual with a strong sense of initiative, adept at seamlessly transitioning between independent work and thriving in a collaborative, tightly-knit team environment. Your innate talent for effectively managing multiple deadlines and handling competing priorities will be further enhanced by your essential experience in the following:

- 3 years+ in a similar role
- Enterprise accounting systems experience for purchasing, expediting, production, cost control and reporting
- Ability to interpret contract documentation
