Job Title: Business Systems Coordinator

Location: Perth

Pool Ref: AV378/25

Overview

Do you know what makes a good team? A good leader. If you have the skill to bring out the best in your team, to meet and surpass goals then we are looking for you.

We are seeking to establish a pool of suitably qualified applicants who may be considered to fill permanent and fixed‑term, full‑time and part‑time opportunities that may arise over the next twelve months following the conclusion of the selection process. One fixed‑term opportunity for a period of 6 months is currently available to be filled immediately upon completion of this pool process.

Would you like to work in a genuinely exciting, flexible and friendly work environment, which offers its people a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, working at home, or in the office?

The Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) is committed to delivering for the benefit of WA and future generations.

Role

As the Business Systems Coordinator, you will support and liaise with key stakeholders and business systems providers for operational licensing and compliance activities, particularly in relation to the Centralised Registration System for the Stop Puppy Farming election commitment. Drawing on your experience in business systems coordination and stakeholder engagement, you will play a vital role in finding solutions to business system issues to enable a seamless flow for operational areas.

Your strong analytical skills and experience in software development lifecycle management and stakeholder collaboration will be key to your success. You will translate complex business requirements into actionable insights, and support delivery processes while managing competing priorities with initiative and professionalism.
