An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager to join our team at an upbeat shopping centre based in Toowoomba.

Key accountabilities include.
Delivering onsite operations management procedures, process, performance measures, coordinating all aspects of building management and essential services

Ensuring a safe working environment, high level of presentation and comfort to the tenants, JLL staff, suppliers, contractors and visitors, promoting the brand of JLL in the marketplace

Facilitation of all on-site operations including soft and hard services within the base building

Managing the OPEX and CAPEX of the base build and managing the service component of the recoveries achieved on behalf of the centre

Financial management of outgoings and capital projects in line with client requirements

Contractor management - day to day proactive management of all PPM and Adhoc service providers

Ensuring the implementation and completion of client sustainability requirements

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for.

You hold proven experience in a Facilities/ Operations Manager role with an emphasis on retail property assets. You have CAPEX exposure and you know how to maximise building performance in terms of sustainability, risk management, and client reporting.

You are positive and tenacious in your daily approach and can keep on top of financial management, cut operational costs, and incur savings during the process.
