As a **Lead Educator**, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering environment where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

**ABOUT THE SERVICE**:

- New, purpose-built 92 place service
- Bus stop close to the service for easy commute
- The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play yards
- Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Must hold Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- In-depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
