We are currently seeking experienced Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to work at an amazing Childcare centre based in Coogee. This Brand-new state-of-the-art centre is filled with natural light and fresh Beach air. The centre is a place where environmental education and wonder is a part of the everyday philosophy and curriculum. They believe in teaching the children a sense of responsibility to both the living and non-living environment, providing sustainability classes for children. They also run workshops alongside the community, with initiatives such as Eco-Festivals and community sustainability projects like Coles Recycling and Tera cycle.

**Your new role**

This fabulous centre is open to welcoming a great Room Leader to their Preschool Room. As a thriving educator you will provide an in-depth educational programme that is based on the developmental needs, interests, and experiences of each child which includes a variety of experiences throughout the day. The educator’s partner with the children during this developmental journey with love, care, authenticity, and honest relationships and provide them with a safe space to flourish.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate III OR Diploma (early childhood education) approved by ACECQA
- Working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Valid working with children's check and first aid.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families, children, and other staff.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
