We are looking for a passionate, nurturing Diploma Qualified Room Leader for our 3-4 years group. They must have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework where they can identify Intentional teaching practices, create meaningful learning environments, document learning stories with assessment for learning using the learning outcomes and engage in written reflective practice.

We are looking for an Educator who enjoys active play with children, is a good communicator and values being a member of an organisational culture which values strong partnerships with families. Knowledge of the National Quality Standards is essential along with previous experience as a Room Leader.
