You’re caring, motivated, and eager to inspire the next generation through early education. You value inclusive, child-led learning and enjoy working as part of a positive, collaborative team. You bring energy, creativity, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging learning space for all children.

**What You’ll Need**
- Diploma Qualified
- Previous Room Leader experience
- A valid Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Child Protection Certificate
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

**Your Role**
- Develop and deliver engaging, play-based educational programs
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and secure environment for children to thrive
- Collaborate with fellow educators and build strong relationships with families
- Observe and document children’s learning and progress
- Contribute to a culture of respect, creativity, and continuous improvement
