**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma or ECT Qualified (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of early childhood development and curriculum frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
