**About the Role**

The Product Manager is responsible for identifying, defining and driving Fivecast products and features through a complete lifecycle from inception to support. The Product Manager works with all areas of the Fivecast business, including Product Development, Operations, Tradecraft, Marketing and Sales to help execute the Product Roadmap.

The Product Manager will have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and understanding of the customer’s problems and will work to define solutions to address them. They will also assist the VP Product Development with shaping the Product Roadmap and work on defining a go to market strategy for identified products and features.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor level degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in product Management / business analysis / systems engineering;
- Experience in technology sector working with defence and government clients;
- Ability to work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, including clients and other engineering staff;
- Ability to develop product specifications;
- Strong organisation skills, is detail oriended and pro-active team player;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; and
- Understanding of analytic challenges in Defence and national security.
