**What you’ll do**:
The role of Commercial Manager - Supply Chain exists to lead and champion our supply chain business strategy. By collaborating with the Logistics National and State teams, you'll drive performance improvement and transformation, harnessing the power of business insights and analytics. Effective governance will be the cornerstone of your journey, ensuring that our supply chain operates at peak efficiency.
- Formulate future direction and strategy, providing strategic insights and commercially focused intelligence.
- Develop transformation and business improvement initiatives to enhance profitability, capital efficiency, and strategic objectives.
- Drive Supply Chain inputs for the annual planning and budget cycle, establishing financial forecasts and goals.
- Monitor and review Supply Chain performance, taking remedial action and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage governance processes for performance visibility, progress tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Business leader with 10+ years in a commercial leadership role
- Part of a leadership team in strategy creation and planning, strong leader with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes, continuous improvement, change and growth initiatives
- Strong executional capability and credibility in driving efficiency and bringing to life impactful change and growth initiatives
- Ability to negotiate, influence stakeholders (internal and external) and close deals and/or contracts
- Complex matrix structure and stakeholder management experience
