We are seeking a commercially astute and relationship-driven Commercial Property Manager to manage a national portfolio of leased properties across various landlord types. This role is tenant-side focused, ensuring lease obligations are met, costs are controlled, and business continuity is maintained across multiple locations.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things tenancy—negotiating lease terms, managing landlord relationships, handling lease renewals and makegoods, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across operations, legal, and finance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the end-to-end management of a diverse leased property portfolio across commercial, retail, and specialist sites
- Act as the key liaison between our business and landlords, driving proactive relationships and positive outcomes
- Manage critical lease events, including rent reviews, renewals, relocations, and exits
- Lead makegood negotiations and ensure compliance with lease terms and maintenance obligations
- Partner with internal teams on space planning, capital works, budgeting, and strategic property decisions
- Maintain and update lease data, ensuring accuracy in systems and reports

**Skills, Attributes, and Experience**:

- Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally on the tenant/client side
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property law, and makegood obligations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills—you know how to keep landlords and internal stakeholders aligned
- High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage a large, fast-moving portfolio
- Confidence working across multiple landlord types, including institutional, government, and private owners
- Experience with property management software and lease database systems
