"Waratah Estate Agents" deals with "buying, selling, leasing & property management", hence we need Marketing Coordinator to perform the following duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The primary role of Marketing Coordinator is to promote business development by making "Real Estate Market Research" in areas of buying, selling, leasing and property management. Upon Market Research, the Marketing Coordinator has to prepare Advertising Plans and conduct Market Promotion Campaigns and ensure business development.

2. Market Research & Develop and Implement "Marketing Plan". Review competitor's products and services and prepare "Marketing Strategies & Policies". Work in conjunction with Director and prepare "Business Development/Expansion Plan"

3. Marketing Coordinator has to prepare Marketing Strategies in promoting the business services - buying, selling, leasing and property management.

4. Marketing Coordinator has to develop advertising, marketing and promotion campaigns on Social Media Platforms & Print Advertising. Ensure "property listing" is prioritised in public search engines.

5. In-Charge of preparing and distribution of marketing materials - brochures, flyers and signage, including digital and graphic and ensure the marketing materials are eye-catching

6. Marketing Coordinator has to prepare Strategies, Plans, Policies in promoting business products/services - buying, selling, leasing and property management.

7. Marketing Coordinator has to maintain B2B & B2C Communications in promoting business services - buying, selling, leasing and property management.

8. Marketing Coordinator has to lead and manage a team of sales and advertising staff and impart training in areas of Marketing and Advertising the business services.

9. Participate and lead the team in promotional events. Lead team in advertising & promotions

10. Manage Marketing Budgeting. Maintain records - File Management, Marketing Budgeting - Expenses

11. Identifying the market opportunities and suggesting on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting organisation’s services. In charge of overall marketing of the business including pricing and promotions

12. Develop and Implement Marketing Plans, Policies and Strategies. Responsible for business growth and Implement strategic plan.

13. Overseeing and updating the website(s) and Drive traffic to company pages.

14. Responsible & lead Digital Media Marketing & Social Media Marketing. Organizing a calendar of marketing events, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, campaigns etc. Representing the company at events,

15. Market Research - including industry trends, using technology in advertising and generate innovative methods of marketing and be up to date in the Real Estate Market.

Must have:
Degree in Management or marketing
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in the real estate business

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
