Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven marketing professional with a flair for creativity and data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on developing and executing marketing campaigns while building and nurturing new customer pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.
  • Manage online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Design and launch digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) with a focus on local targeting.
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, email campaigns, videos, and newsletters.
  • Coordinate promotional events, partnerships, and community outreach programs.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

Customer Acquisition:

  • Develop referral programs and strategies to attract new patients.
  • Engage with potential leads through targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new patients.
  • Monitor patient feedback and implement strategies to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, dental, or service industries.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads,tik tok, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools).
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
