- Undertake other relevant duties, as guided by the team lead or section manager

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Intelledox Infiniti
- SharePoint
- Azure technologies
- Development and maintenance of documentation and procedures
- End user support and training
**General skills and experience**

- High level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage, be proactive and demonstrate initiative
**Desirable Criteria**

- Relevant industry certifications
Due to the nature of the role applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
