**Description**:
**About the Role**:
Based on site in Scarborough and reporting to the Data and Systems Lead, the Systems Support Analyst plays a critical role in keeping our care systems running smoothly. You'll blend your technical expertise, system administration skills, and passion for user support to ensure the effective operation and utilisation of our systems. We offer a generous salary starting from $80K plus super, depending on experience. Once training is complete, you'll also enjoy flexible hybrid work options, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week.
- System Administration - onboarding, offboarding and administration
- Working with internal customers and software providers to manage and support issues to ensure continued productivity for users
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution - root cause analysis resolving complex issues
- System Enhancement and Operation - Identify opportunities for automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve system efficiencies
- Working with software providers to test and implement system upgrades
- Closely monitoring the digital health roadmap and what government to business API’s we can leverage to improve efficiencies
- Compliance & Data Security

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful you will have**:

- A degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a similar role.
- SQL knowledge / experience
- Intermediate understanding of the latest Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with system administration, technical support, and using care systems like Lumary and Telstra Health platforms.
- A focus on prioritising the end user and understanding the importance of client impacts.
- Knowledge of care service provision and the client experience.
- Strong proactive problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to design, business research, and analytics. Capable of methodically and efficiently troubleshooting technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to work well in a team, manage multiple challenging priorities simultaneously, and navigate complex issues effectively.
- High levels of enthusiasm, curiosity, self-motivation, and organisational skills.
- National Police check clearance or willingness to obtain
- COVID-19 Vaccination as per government recommendations
- Experience working within a not-for-profit/aged care, wellness, or disability sector (desirable)
- Experience/understanding of services for older people (desirable)
