Your Role - What You’ll Be Doing
As a Qualified Support Worker, you’ll empower older adults to live well in their own homes by providing:

- Personal care, assistance with mobility, and help with everyday household tasks
- Social support and companionship — encouraging wellness and connection
- Transport to appointments and outings (paid mileage provided)
- Regular updates to your Team Leader to ensure quality care and service

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You - What You’ll Bring
You’re compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. You’ll also have:

- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services, or you’re a Nursing student with completed Aged Care placements
- Experience working in aged care or community support
- Availability Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm
- A valid driver’s license and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination (two doses)
- Confidence using digital systems and basic tech skills
