**Description**:
A permanent opportunity has become available for a professional and efficient Systems Support Officer to join our dynamic Facilities team based in Scarborough. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this is a full-time role which will take responsibility for the effective functioning and improvement of BallyCara’s IT requirements.

The Systems Support Officer will be a hardworking and team orientated individual, with well-developed time management skills to meet our fast
- paced office environment. This role would suit recent Graduates or those looking for a new challenge and a sea change

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will be required to have**:
Essential
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, M365
- Understanding of core project coordination principles including agile methodology
- Proactive problem solving, customer-oriented design, business research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement and change
- management
- Willing to obtain National Police Check through BallyCara
- Full COVID Vaccination status

Desirable
- Experience working in the aged care or healthcare domains and understanding of the Australian Aged Care system especially the opportunities for technological transformation
- Voluntary or paid experience in IT support
- Demonstrated ability in best practice database-management, asset management skills
