**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure and Support Manager to oversee our entire IT infrastructure, support our team of specialists, and manage external development projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical systems and providing excellent support to our team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including ZOHO CRM, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, 3CX phone system, booking system, and custom APIs.
- Coordinate the development and integration of new systems and platforms, ensuring seamless operation and efficient communication across the company.
- Create comprehensive video tutorials to explain new developments and integrations, facilitating knowledge sharing among team members.
- Provide technical support to a team of 10, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and platform access in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, overseeing large development projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Identity Sharpoint and so o.n
- Experience with CRM management and development, preferably with Zoho CRM.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in creating digital content, particularly training videos, to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.

**Salary**: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
