MRAEL, part of IntoWork Australia, is a not for profit business providing employment and training opportunities for individuals and communities across Australia.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking for a highly motivated team player to provide administrative assistance and support within the Recruitment team.

**_ About the position:_**
- Process JOB Orders in internal system
- Tracking and reporting of job progress
- Complete phone interviews
- Scheduling Pre-employment medicals and site specific inductions
- Deliver a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to work to ensure quality outcomes
- Deliver a superior service to internal and external clients, including delivering on promises within appropriate time frames
- Stationery ordering and other general office duties including filing
- Demonstrated experience in previous recruitment, administration or customer service roles would be highly regarded
- Great organisational and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of clients and employers
- Good computer skills
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- A willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- A team player

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current National Police Check and Blue Card is required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant.

Scarborough, QLD

**Work Type**:
Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm)
