**Your new company**

**Your new role**
As Scum Master you will be working across an ERP implementation project within a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups. You will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Scrum Master certified
- Proven track record of operating as an effective scrum master in a fast-paced environment,
- Demonstrable background and track record of working in agile delivery methods. Transparency on velocity, burndown and planning in the sprints.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Experience using Jira
- Experience in delivering finance projects is desirable.

**What you'll get in return**
