- about 5 hours agoWe are looking for Scrum Master/Agile Coach for our astute client. Based in Sydney, it is a 6 to 12 months role with highly likelihood of extension. Must have Australian working rights to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expertise on Scrum processes and Agile techniques.
- Tracks sprint progress and identifies any divergence from allocated tasks.
- Understand the product planning lifecycle and effectively manages the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly rituals are run effectively, efficiently and regularly.
- Proactively (and reactively) identify and clear organisational roadblocks and external interferences that may distract with the development and/or cross functional scrum team members.
- Coach and guide scrum teams to become self organised and cross functional.
- Coach and support teams of development and cross functional specialists to ensure that outcomes are effectively communicated to the product owners, establishing the basis for future practice.
- Support and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Technical Delivery Manager and the stakeholder community to promote and understand department’s Agile practices, rules and values.

What you'll bring:

- Extensive experience working with Scrum/Kanban.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
- Extensive experience in the process re-engineering and in leading business transformation.
