This is a long-term contract role, offered on a daily rate and hybrid working arrangement.
**Required**:
The below skills are required in order to be considered
Australian/NZ Citizenship, or Australian Permanent Residency
At least 3 years' experience as a Scrum master
A strong background delivering technology-focused projects
Excellent communication skills
Strong multi-level stakeholder and relationship management skills
Solid understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
**Desirable skills**:
The following skills are considered highly desirable, but not required
An understanding of data warehousing and migration, business intelligence and system segregation
Prior experience working in a financial institution
Scrum Master certification (not required)
**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
Help the team stay focused on the highest priority items
Remove any impediments that are blocking the team's progress
Act as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering an environment of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
