The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies for technology technical product delivery including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience as a Scrum Master role on a large program or project with a proven track record
- Adoption of and ability to impart knowledge of Scrum theory and rules into practice
- Proficiency in the establishment and continuous improvement of the tools that support the effective functioning of a Scrum team.
- Strong Communication & stakeholder management skills
- ** Banking & Financial experience is a MUST**
