Scrum Master - 6 month Contract - Public Sector
**Your new company**
Your new company conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth laws. They review decisions made by Australian Government ministers, departments and agencies and, in limited circumstances, decisions made by state government and non-government bodies.
**Your new role**
In your new role you will, work closely with and under the director of the program head, release train engineer and agile delivery lead. You will organise and lead SCRUM activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and product backlog refinement sessions. You will work closely and effectively with executive, senior management and other Scrum and Delivery teams to ensure high quality communication and removal of team impediments and you will collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog, identify and resolve issues, including creation of stories and tasks within JIRA
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will need deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques, and long -term utilisation of Scrum methodology and process, Excellent people, coaching skills, and ability to motivate teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
