**DUTIES**
As the Scrum Master your key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with the backend and frontend teams daily to achieve project deliverables.
- Utilise Agile practices to plan, manage and deliver solution
- Contribute to the continual service improvement of the delivery team
- Help uplift Agile capability across your team

**SKILLS**
The skills and experience needed for this Scrum Master are highlighted below:

- 5+ Yrs of Agile experience with more than 2+ yrs as Scrum master in end-to-end Implementation
- Significant working knowledge of Agile techniques & methodologies such as SCRUM of Kanban, to delivery to solutions
- Java, J2EE, Kotlin, Spring Boot and supporting patterns, frameworks, software development are desirable.
- Strong technology/software delivery background.
