The Role

Toll Group is in search of a high calibre Service Delivery Manager based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne/. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of logistics services to Government and Defence clients, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will play a critical role in designing and scaling supply chain capabilities, driving innovation, and supporting mission-critical outcomes for our clients.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will:

- Lead Service Excellence - Oversee the delivery of logistics services to ensure timely, efficient, and contract-compliant operations for government and defence clients.
- Own and Evolve Capabilities - Take ownership of key supply chain products and capabilities, driving their development and operational excellence.
- Drive Growth and Innovation - Develop tailored logistics solutions for new customer needs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure Compliance and Performance - Monitor SLAs, manage subcontractor performance, and uphold Toll’s HSSEQ standards while ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
- Lead and Empower Teams - Mentor and manage a high-performing team, allocate resources effectively, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.
- Champion Customer Relationships - Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong partnerships and driving continuous service improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Operations, or related field (desirable)

Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in service delivery management or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Solid understanding of contract management and compliance.
- Proficiency in service management tools and project execution.
- Able to travel inter state once or twice a month
