**The Opportunity**

Our client is a leader in their field and is looking to appoint an experienced Service Delivery Manager that has a proven track record in overseaing teams of people and optimising operations within the Field Services industry. The successful candididate will take a hands-on approach in leading change, be able to take people on that change journey and have a passion for business optimisation. They will also have experience utilising business methodologies (e.g lean or six sigma) and be able to ensure that these are applied in an effective manner.

**Duties**:
This position will include the following responsibilities:

- Ensure all products and services are delivered in accordance with their defined scope and quality levels
- Establish quality assurance frameworks to maintain and improve operational performance, including ongoing professional development and training programs for all operational teams
- Consistently deliver products and services at agreed efficiency levels and continuously seek ways to improve delivery efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, particularly regional management and sales teams, to ensure that agreed service levels are met and client issues are resolved in line with operational capacity and capability, while supporting business objectives
- Contribute to the definition of scope, financial models, quality, and service levels for all products and services
- Contribute to strategic planning and drive national initiatives
- Develop and cultivate a high-performing and dynamic culture that aligns with the organisations core values

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Tertiary Qualification
- Prior experience overseasing a team of 40+ people
- Exposure to scheudling and experience in running or overseasing on-site training of staff
- Prior experience in a a service delivery role, ideally within the Field Services industry
- Experience in change management and confidence utilising business methodlogies like lean or six sigma
- A hands on and people first approach to work
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships at all business levels
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
