About the role

Lead ICT service delivery and projects across a growing multi-site health network. Hands-on background essential. $130–140K + super. Brisbane-based

Are you a technically grounded IT leader ready to take the next step in your career?

We're working with a growing health organisation to find a Service Delivery Manager who can lead a high-performing infrastructure and support team, while also delivering key ICT projects across a complex, multi-site environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who has progressed from ICT support or systems engineering into service delivery and operations.

You'll play a critical role in integrating newly acquired sites into the existing IT environment, while also leading the delivery of infrastructure upgrades and modernisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ICT service delivery and infrastructure operations across multiple sites
  • Manage and mentor a team of support and infrastructure professionals
  • Deliver ICT projects including:
  • Windows Server upgrades
  • PC refresh programs
  • Networking and infrastructure enhancements
  • SaaS solution implementation
  • Support brownfield projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience in ICT service delivery and infrastructure leadership
  • A background in technical support or systems engineering - you've done the hands-on work
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices – ITIL Foundation Cert highly regarded
  • Experience delivering ICT projects in operational environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and communication skills
