Do you have existing experience in customer service, administration and seeking a new opportunity within insurance, particularly claims?
The following is opportunity within a national organisation who support the community and help it's injured workers back to work.
**Your role as a fast track case manager involves**:
- Making and receiving calls to gather all information to lodge a claim effectively
- Gathering documents, records and data entry
- Working within a team environment
- Learning legislation to educate clients and injured workers of the process
- The use of a CRM system
**To be successful**:
- Existing experience in customer service and admin from either a corporate or office environment.
- Existing experience in claims desired but not essential, yet a desire to help people.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Experience working independently and as well as within a team.
