We are seeking case managers to join our **Sydney **based team to help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.
As one of our dedicated case managers you will help injured workers get their lives back. You will liaise with a variety of different stakeholders including allied health professionals, our employers, and the injured party. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Our case managers play an integral role here at EML and you really have the chance to make a difference in other people’s lives.
This will be a full time **permanent** position commencing as soon as possible based in the **Sydney CBD or Parramatta** office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer new inquiries and gather evidence about claims
- Reassure, assist, and help customers with empathy
- Manage difficult conversations and take ownership of your own portfolio of claims
- Liaise with a variety of different stakeholders with ease
- Work in a supportive team environment to get the best outcomes possible for our customers
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre/contact centre role will be highly advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in a fast paced hospitality role is also desirable but not essential.
- You will have positive attitude and keen desire to learn new software, systems, and processes
- You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team culture and have a positive approach
- You will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at different levels
