**The Firm**:
FAA Group is currently seeking a Loan Writer for the Maroochydore Office in Queensland.

The FAA Group has been operating for over 30 years servicing over 20,000 clients. We provide a wide range of financial services and products to a wide range of clients in both the government and private sectors.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for an office-based Administration Assistant / Agent Support to join our team.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with information on mortgage products to enable them to make an informed decision in relation to the selection of their loan
- Calculate lending opportunities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Providing exceptional level of customer service

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in loan writing is preferred but not required
- Passionate about providing high levels of service
- Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, compliance and comprehension of all relevant legislation
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well presented
- Excellent computer skills including a sound knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
