We are seeking a motivated **Customer Service Coordinator** to join the Ken Hall team. Our Customer Service team is at the forefront of our quality service delivery to our valued customers for scheduling bookings and attending to enquiries. Our returning customers are the reason for our success

**What you’ll be doing day to day**:
- Answering and directing a high volume of incoming calls
- Allocating and scheduling work orders efficiently to the field team
- Following work orders with our tradesmen and clients to ensure the highest level of service
- Scanning, data entry and other administrative duties
- Liaising with customers, Property Managers and clients daily
- Communicating and liaising with the internal administration team to keep records up to date
- Ensuring that daily work schedules for trade staff are accurately recorded and all information and job notes are up to date
- Facilitating team work and ensuring best practice processes across the Customer Service Coordination team
**About you**:
- Proven experience handling a high volume of incoming calls (call-centre experience desirable)
- Solid knowledge of suburbs and scheduling work
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent presentation as you are the "Face of the Company"
- A "can do attitude" committed to getting the job done
- Self
- motivated with the ability to adapt to changing working environments
- Resilient to daily work challenges
- Intermediate Computer Skills - including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both on the telephone and face-to-face
- Enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to help others
- Previous experience in Customer Service delivery
- Simpro knowledge advantageous

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
