Customer Service and Admin All-Rounder Wanted for SA Jewellery Company

**Your new company**
Our client is an SA family-owned jewellery company specialising in wedding and engagement rings. They pride themselves on their immaculate craftsmanship for their clients, and the level of training they provide for their employees. Due to an increased number of contracts and bespoke orders, they’re looking to expand their team with two Customer Service Coordinators

**Your new role**
This is a true all-rounder role for anyone with a methodical, process-driven mind. During your day, you’ll speak to clients, take in jewellery orders, process them out to the production team, check final jewellery products for faults, organise its freight and invoice clients. We’re looking for people who are natural multi-taskers with very strong attention to detail and who can follow processes to the T. Everything you need to know will be taught, so you’ll be someone who loves to learn and is open to feedback. Previous administrative experience, particularly in manufacturing, will put you in good stead, but not necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Be methodical and process-driven
- Be technically or mathematically-minded
- Very strong customer service
- Ability to tackle issues before they become problems.
