Jewellery Manufacturer Seeking Product & Services Coordinator

**Your new company**
Our client is an SA family-owned jewellery company specialising in wedding and engagement rings. They pride themselves on their immaculate craftsmanship for their clients, and the level of training they provide for their employees. Due to an increased number of contracts and bespoke orders, they’re looking to expand their team with a Product Services team member

**Your new role**
This is a mixed role for someone with who has excellent communication and exhibits strong teamwork. It involves a combination of inbound customer service, product and quality checking, logistics, clerical, and production coordination responsibilities. You’ll be primarily supporting the Precious Metals team, but also liaising with the Customer Service, Marketing and Manufacturing teams. As well as your exceptional written and verbal communication, you’ll have at least an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook - this is essential for the role. You’ll be trained in other relevant platforms, so you need to be tech savvy, flexible and able to pick things up quickly.
