In this dynamic role, you’ll also deliver orientation, education, and training to foster a skilled and innovative workforce, ensuring SA Pharmacy remains at the forefront of evidence-based practices. Working closely with the Director and Associate Director of Pharmacy, you’ll oversee policy analysis, relationship management, and the implementation of strategies that drive optimal health outcomes. **About You**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team. You will bring strong leadership, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative approach to drive excellence in pharmacy services and business systems.
- **Leadership and Communication**: Exceptional leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and lead through change.
- **Experience and Expertise**: Proven experience in clinical or non-clinical pharmacy services, policy development, process improvement, and managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Comprehensive understanding of medication management systems, contemporary pharmaceutical practices, and relevant government policies and regulations.
- **Team and Stakeholder Engagement**: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster collaboration, and lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
