Our agile teams are empowered to innovate and deliver an awesome experience for our customers - no matter whether they choose to shop in-store, or online. **About the Role;** The Program Manager will drive large-scale program delivery of several projects across eComX and Group Businesses. Your primary focus will be scaling eCommerce fulfilment solutions through strategic partnerships across Woolworths Group (eComX, BigW, Woolworths NZ, MILKRUN, and new businesses). This will involve developing enhanced eCommerce fulfilment solutions that deliver tangible business value in time, investment, and capability. In this role, you will lead and drive large-scale programs including several projects per our strategy. By prioritising key themes such as establishing consistent program management practices, aligning programs with strategic goals, ensuring effective governance, optimising resource utilisation, improving program performance, and fostering communication and collaboration, you will drive the successful delivery of our eCommerce fulfilment Projects. Your focus will be on leveraging new and existing technology solutions across the Group to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our fulfilment processes, resulting in improved customer experiences and facilitating the delivery of exceptional eCommerce fulfilment experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide strong leadership to the program team (including agile squads and Agile Delivery Leads) guiding and supporting them throughout the project. - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget. - Engage stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and build strong relationships. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes. - Optimise resource allocation and monitor team capacity for efficiency and productivity. - Manage project budget and expenses, implementing cost control measures. - Establish effective communication channels and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, assessing their impact and implementing approved strategies for success. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing lessons learned and driving process enhancements. **About You** - To be successful in this role, you must have: - Strong Leadership skills and can inspire and motivate teams, providing clear direction and guidance. - Effective and impactful storytelling skills - An experienced Strategic Thinker that can link narrative to strategy to align project objectives with business goals. - Effective Planning and Organization skills to create detailed project plans and manage resources efficiently. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks and adapt as needed and can find creative solutions to challenges. - Strong relationships and engage stakeholders. - Experience navigating in a changing environment and staying focused on goals. - Promote teamwork and empower team members.
