**What you'll do
The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of key projects across eComX Operations; mainly being our productivity including continuous improvement, availability and team experience programmes. The Programme Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the business (supermarkets, national trade and commercial teams, national people teams and national continuous improvement teams) to ensure that projects are aligned and delivered with business goals and objectives. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing the project budget (if required) and timeline as well as dependencies, risks and visibility of progress or outcomes.

This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of projects in the eComx Customer Fulfilment and Operations as continued rapid growth in online customer fulfilment is driving an expansion of projects and a requirement to bring multiple stakeholders together for delivery.

Main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Project establishment: scope, timelines, strategy, key stakeholders, cadences, among others.
- Project management: timelines, reporting, risks, roadblocks, financials, product pipeline, process improvement, etc. Governance, Comms and Risk: change management, project status communications, compliance, risk, conflict resolution, blueprint, guidelines, and others.

**What you'll bring
We are looking for an individual with strong project manager or some programme manager experience, ideally with a background in Retail or FMCG operations and a proven track record in delivering results within a fast paced digital and operational environment. You will be an effective collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, connecting various teams and stakeholders across the business to deliver on the strategy and goals you have helped define.

In summary, you need to demonstrate:

- Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes, with the ability to pull together project scope and vision on delivery and narrate effectively to influence outcomes.
- Problem-solving/can-do attitude, in addition to conflict resolution and negotiations skills.
- Excellent communicator and can adapt style/content as relevant from team through to senior management, with strong networking and relationship building capacity.
- Self starter leader who can multitask, prioritise and coordinate tasks and stakeholders to meet multiple deadlines. Flexible and resilient, thrive working under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes.
