A great opportunity has arisen in our Food & Beverage Department as the Booking Coordinator. In this role you will need a friendly, professional attitude to focus on delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring familiarity and knowledge of the property and current promotions and offers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Processing restaurant reservations and group bookings using designated systems
- Booking Private Gaming Tables, Private Booths, Cabanas and Packages
- Hosting clients for tailored site inspections including making recommendations to clients with the selection of menus, discuss minimum spend requirements, theming and AV options
- Confirming final numbers and dietary requirements in set time frames
- Liaising with Chefs regarding menu changes or special requests
- Ensuring thorough communication of all event information to the relevant restaurants and departments
- Issuing invoices, receipts, processing deposits and fees
- Maintenance and distribution of monthly F&B operating hours to all departments
- Daily reporting of restaurant bookings and occupancy to senior managers

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A thorough knowledge of The Star Gold Coast restaurants and property
- A high attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Opera advantageous
- Flexible availability to suit business needs
