**The opportunity**:
Join our team as a Learning Coordinator You'll manage our LMS (V Learning), design and organise dynamic training courses, and maintain training records in our HR system. Bring your detail-oriented, organised mindset and collaborate with stakeholders to drive our learning and development initiatives. Bonus points if you have videography skills to create captivating multimedia training content

**Your day to day**:

- Update LMS system to ensure that training administration is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with ensuring that the content and delivery of our L&D courses are compliant with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with external training companies and organise courses accordingly.
- Monitor, book and follow up on internal and external training for all team members.
- Prepare training materials for training programs as required and ensure training rooms are set up and well stocked.
- Facilitate a range of learning & development courses including Induction.
- Prepare training calendars.
- Booking internal and external training for team members and confirming with the team members and Supervisors. Monitoring attendance to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage training numbers for all upcoming courses no less than 2 weeks in advance to ensure maximum attendance for the course to proceed.
- Assist with monitoring SBT, apprenticeship and internship programs within the business.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Administrative or coordination experience in HR or learning teams is desirable
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn LMS (preferably Docebo)
- Understanding of instructional and graphic design; videography skills a plus
- Skills in Adobe CC, MS Suite, Articulate, and Canva is advantageous
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in HR systems for training data entry and reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
