Your role? To help people experience this from their very first call.


What You'll Do
  • Be the first trusted voice for prospective patients and their families.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings — with empathy and professionalism.
  • Understand patient needs and confidently explain how our services can support them.
  • Follow up with prospects, referrers, and families to guide them through next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records and work closely with our admissions and clinical teams.

What We're Looking For
  • A warm, articulate communicator who builds trust easily.
  • Proven track record in sales, conversions, or customer service success.
  • Resilient and confident handling a high volume of inbound enquiries.
  • Skilled at influencing decisions that genuinely benefit others — never pushy, always purposeful.
  • Healthcare or hospital admin experience is a bonus — but not essential (we'll train you).
