Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an energetic and self-driven individual to join our award-winning team at Buxton Mount Waverley. An amazing opportunity for a pathway to a bright future and long-term career at a market-leading agency.

Working closely alongside one of our highly successful sales agents, you'll form a dynamic team and deliver the highest standard of services to your clients.

Position yourself for success with ongoing training and support from our industry leaders and experienced sales staff. We offer an unrivalled proposition for consumers in the marketplace and back it up with outstanding service through the use of our leading-edge technology, innovative marketing and professionalism.

We welcome both experienced and new sales agents to apply. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred but not essential. A strong sales background is a plus, and we especially encourage agents already in real estate who want to elevate their skills through training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

· Database management

· Prospecting and lead generation

· Attending open homes, inspections and appointments

· Buyer callbacks and deal negotiations

· Assist at auctions

· Prepare all materials for appointments/inspections

· Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish

About You

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work under stress

· High level of drive and goal-oriented

· An outgoing and confident personality

· A willingness to learn and take direction

· Highly organised

· Long-term career focus

· Corporately groomed and presented

· Have a current Agent's Representative Certificate

· Have a reliable car and a current driver's license

· Have a laptop and an iPad
