Change Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Lead to join our team. The Change Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of Domain’s technology transformation projects by designing, developing, and executing change and communications initiatives.

The role will sit on the transformation program team, reporting directly to the Head of People Experience (PX) - Product, Technology, and Data.

As a Change Lead, you are someone that enjoys being at the forefront of change You understand change and the methods required to support organisations both navigate and lead successful change efforts. You enjoy simplifying the complex, helping others to understand the big picture, and excel at mobilising others to action.

From previous experience, you’ll have honed the ability to operate at strategic, planning, and service delivery levels. You are someone who enjoys leading the change management strategy and plan, while also being responsible for executing the discreet initiatives within the plan. Stakeholder management is a strength for you as you and you will be required to consult and work with a diverse range of stakeholders across Domain, fostering effective linkages among groups and teams, thereby bolstering the delivery of project objectives.
- Lead the development of the Change and Communications strategy to underpin the successful delivery of technology transformation projects.
- Assess the impact of transformation projects, roadmaps, and associated activities.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans, such as Engagement & Communication Plans for FY25 and beyond, to drive positive acceptance and adoption of change, as well as swift uptake of new technologies, processes, or operating models.
- Craft and deliver clear, consistent messages and materials that articulate the vision, benefits, and expectations of the transformation projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives, offering feedback and recommendations for enhancement.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and interviews to capture feedback, identify stakeholder development/training needs, and devise programs/initiatives to address those needs, fostering capability-building, improved performance, and business embedment and integration.
- Develop and deliver project communications, including senior management briefings, staff presentations, and maintenance of project intranet pages, ensuring proactive design and delivery to support the achievement of project outcomes.

**You bring**:

- Extensive experience in Change Management; you’ve been at the forefront of leading change efforts within a mid to large organisational environment.
- Experience with both strategy development and the service delivery execution of initiatives within that strategy.
- Proven track record in assessing Change Readiness and appraising the implementation of Change initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments, ideally leveraging a variety of agile practices and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with a demonstrated ability to convey information to and build rapport with stakeholders.
